Sleep 8 Hours Every Night

It’s time to go back to the basics of what makes us healthy. What our parents told us when we were younger is true: sleep is super important.

So, for the rest of the challenge, sleep a minimum of 8 hours every night until the challenge ends.

When you’re well-rested, you’ll be better able to function both physically and mentally.
