Sit up straight, close your eyes, and relax. Allow your mind to wander.

The goal of meditation isn’t to completely quiet your mind. Rather, you should notice when your mind wanders and then gently bring the attention back to your breath.

Don’t judge your practice. There is no one “right” way to meditate.

The benefits of meditation are endless. Just to name a few, studies show meditation can help you relieve anxiety, boost your mood, and even lower your blood pressure.
