Develop a Gratitude Practice

Next, we’re going to work on practicing gratitude.

Find a journal that you’ll use for the rest of the challenge.

Pick out something nice that will motivate you to write every day, then, every day for the rest of the challenge, write down three things you’re grateful for.

You can name a person, an experience you’ve had, something you can’t live without...literally anything you’re grateful for.

This is a great way to focus on the positives in life instead of getting stuck in the negative zone.
