For the next five days, answer the following prompt in your journal: “Today I am feeling _____ because______.”

This prompt allows you to be introspective and acknowledge your emotions.

This helps us process our emotions instead of suppressing them. This also allows us to empty the trash from yesterday and focus on the here and now, instead.

Putting a pen to paper helps you slow down a racing mind and helps you to be more intentional with your emotions.
