Turn Off Your Notifications

For the fourth challenge, we’re going to ask you to unplug a bit.

For the rest of the challenge, turn off your phone notifications (aside from calls, texts, and work emails) and sleep with your phone outside of your room.

Turning off your notifications for other apps (we’re looking at you, Instagram) will allow you to be more present as you go about your day.

Sleeping with your phone outside of your room will help you unwind before bed and keep you from endlessly scrolling all night.
